How to Connect Facebook in the System?​

  • To connect your Facebook business page to BotBuz, please follow these steps:

Step 1:​

  • Click on Connect: Under the facebook option on BotBuz, click the Connect button.

Step 2:​

  • Select Your Business Portfolio: You will be prompted to choose the business portfolio you would like to connect to BotBuz. Select the appropriate option, then click Continue.

Step 3:​

  • Choose Your Pages: Select the pages you want BotBuz to access. You can choose multiple pages. Once selected, click Continue.

Step 4:​

  • Confirm Page Access: Confirm the pages you want BotBuz to access. If you need to remove any pages, you can go back to the previous step and de-select them. Click Continue when you’re ready.

Step 5:​

  • Review Permissions: Review the permissions BotBuz is requesting. If everything looks good, click Save to confirm.

Step 6:​

  • Complete Connection: Your business page is now connected to BotBuz! Click the Got it button to finish.

  • Now that you’re connected to BotBuz, the next step is to link your Facebook business page. This configuration ensures that BotBuz can interact with the specific business page of your choice. If you manage multiple Facebook business pages, select the one you wish to connect.

Step 7:​

  • Navigate to the Configuration section next to Channel.
  • Find your business page listed and link it to BotBuz by selecting the page you want to access.

  • Once your Facebook page is connected, you’ll see details such as the page name, link, business category, and page ID.
