How to Connect WhatsApp in the System?

• To connect WhatsApp to your system, follow these steps:

Step 1:

• Click on Connect: Under the WhatsApp option, click the Connect button.

Step 2:

• Continue with Your Account: Click Continue as [Your Username] to proceed with your account.

Step 3:

• Review and Get Started: Verify your account details, then click on Get Started.

Step 4:

• Enter Your Business Information: You will be directed to the "Fill Your Business Information" page. Enter the required details, such as:Business Portfolio, Business Name, Business Website or Profile Page, Country, and Address (optional).Once completed, click Next.

Step 5:

• Create and Select Your Business Account: On the Create and Select Your Business Account page, choose or create a WhatsApp Business Account linked to your business portfolio, then click Next.

Step 6:

• Choose Your Catalog: Select the catalog you want BotBuz to access. You will later have the option to review what BotBuz can do with the chosen catalog. Click Continue to proceed.

Step 7:

• In this step, review and confirm the permissions BotBuz needs to manage your WhatsApp and Facebook services.

Step 8:

• Finalize WhatsApp Setup: Once all previous steps are completed, you’re now ready to start chatting with people on WhatsApp through BotBuz. Click the Finish button to complete the setup. See the image below.
