Setting
Logo: You can change the logo of your chatbot by clicking the existing logo and uploading a new image file (allowed file types: PNG, JPG, JPEG).
Name: Edit or update the name of your chatbot.
Number: Edit or update the contact number associated with your chatbot.
BusinessAccountId: To find the ID of a WhatsApp Business Account, go to Business Manager(https://business.facebook.com) > Business Settings > Accounts > WhatsApp Business Accounts. Find the account you want to use and click on it. A panel opens, with information about the account, including the ID.
PhoneNumberId: To find the PhoneNumberId of a WhatsApp Business Account, go to https://developers.facebook.com/ > MyApps > Select/Create App > Select WhatsApp(Left Side Menu) > API Setup > Send and receive messages drop-down select your phone number > Copy Phone number ID BusinessId: To find the BusinessId of a WhatsApp Business Account, go to (Business settings) https://business.facebook.com/settings > Select Business info from the sidebar > Below your business portfolio name, you'll find your business ID number.
AppId: To find the AppId of a WhatsApp Business Account, go to https://developers.facebook.com/ > MyApps > Select/Create App > you'll find your App ID from Top Left
AccessToken: To find the AccessToken of a WhatsApp Business Account, go to (Business settings) https://business.facebook.com/ > Locate your business account in the top-left dropdown menu and click its Settings (gear) icon. > Click Business settings. > Navigate to User > System users > Select the appropriate system user from the list of system users > Click the Generate new token button > Cloud API endpoints, you will need the whatsapp_business_messaging, whatsapp_business_management, business_management, catalog_management, permissions.
VerifyToken: This field displays the verify token.
Call back URL: This field displays the callback URL.
Tokens
Name: Enter a name for the token.
Create Token: Click this button to create a new token.
Client Id: This field displays the client ID associated with the bot.
Existing Tokens: Previously created tokens will be listed here with their names and creation dates. You can delete existing tokens by clicking the remove icon next to them.
