Billing Section Overview​

  • In the Billing section, you can view and manage your billing details and history for your BotBuz subscription, as shown in the image below.

Billing Details:​

  • This area displays the billing information associated with your account, including: Business Name, GST Number, Address, Country, State, City, Zip Code

  • You can update these details by clicking the Edit Details button.

Billing History:​

  • The Billing History section provides an overview of your past transactions. Here, you can find:

    • Invoice Number: Unique identifier for each transaction.
    • Link to Download Invoice: Click View Invoice to download or view your invoice.
    • Date: The date of the transaction.
    • Amount: The total amount billed.
    • Plan Type: The type of subscription plan (e.g., WhatsApp - Broadcast).
    • Billing Cycle: Indicates whether your plan is billed monthly or yearly.
