Keyword

  • In this section, you can create a keyword that will trigger a specific action or response in your flow within the WhatsApp bot, Instagram bot, and Facebook Messenger bot.
  • Click on the New Keyword button.
  • Type or Add a Keyword that a user will be a response for triggering an action.
  • Select the flow from the drop-down options which will start on that keyword recognition.
